2 - RECOGNITION/ADMINISTRATION OF AGREEMENT
2.01 The Employer recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all Residents for the purpose of bargaining collectively and concluding collective agreements.
2.1 No Resident shall be required to make a separate written or verbal agreement with the Employer that may conflict with the terms of this Collective Agreement.
2.2 In administering this Collective Agreement, the Employer shall act reasonably, fairly and in good faith and in a manner consistent with the agreement as a whole.
