PARIM is the Professional Association of Residents and Interns of Manitoba

24.01 The Employer agrees that meetings shall be arranged periodically between the President and/or Vice-President of the Association, and the respective President and/or Medical Vice-President of the Employer, to discuss matters of mutual concern, or anticipated future changes suitable for discussion which would directly affect the Residents.  If predetermined dates cannot be established, then the Association shall submit a request for a meeting date.  Such meetings are to be arranged at a time mutually acceptable to both parties and are to be held not less than quarterly (four (4) times per year).  Meetings may be requested by either party by giving notice in writing and the Committee shall meet within seven (7) days of receipt of such notice unless altered by mutual agreement.  Such Committee shall have four (4) members appointed by the Association and four (4) members appointed by the Employer, which includes one (1) from PGME.
