ARTICLE 30 - BEREAVEMENT LEAVE
30.01 Bereavement leave of three (3) working days with pay shall be granted by the Employer to a Resident, upon request in the event of the death of a spouse, common law spouse, parent, spouse’s parent, grandparent, sibling, child, legal guardian or legal ward.
30.02 The Program Director may grant up to two (2) additional working days with pay for traveling time in the event the funeral occurs outside the Province of Manitoba.
