ARTICLE 32 - RESIGNATION AND TRANSFER
32.01 Employment may be terminated voluntarily by a Resident subject to a minimum of four (4) weeks of written notice to the appropriate Program Director.
32.02 A Resident shall provide, to the appropriate Program Director, a minimum of four (4) weeks written notice of intent to transfer into another program.
