Staff & Resident Awards 2018

We are very excited to announce the nomination period for PARIM awards is now open. This year, we have a number of new awards, including the Resident Teacher Award, the Resident Professionalism Award, and the Resident Mentorship Award. We are also continuing our tradition of awards for attending physicians, including the On-Site and Off-Site Educators of the Year Awards and the Staff Mentorship Award.
The nomination forms are attached below for more details. Submissions can be emailed to parim.office@gmail.com or dropped off at GF132 in the Health Sciences Centre. Please mark all submissions with “Attention: PARIM Awards Committee”. 

Deadline for nominations is March 30, 2018 at 4:00pm.

STAFF AWARDS

ON-SITE EDUCATOR OF THE YEAR Award
For an attending physician who has delivered outstanding teaching to you and your colleagues at HSC or St.Boniface Hospital.

OFF-SITE EDUCATOR OF THE YEAR Award
For an attending physician who has delivered outstanding teaching to you and your colleagues at any hospital or facility that is NOT HSC or St.Boniface Hospital.

For an attending physician affiliated with the University of Manitoba who has made important contributions in mentoring resident physicians.
