New contract!  Further to our last two emails, here is the official copy of the arbitrators award for our new contract.  This document is legally binding and goes into effect July 1st 2007. The official "Collective Agreement" is still being re-drafted to include these and other changes that we have agreed upon with the WRHA. Read this document carefully as it has great implications for the coming year.
