Doctors Manitoba

All PARIM members are Doctors Manitoba members.  Medical residents are Canadian Medical Association members as well. Non-Medical residents are only Doctors Manitoba members.

At the present time, the PARIM contract is negotiated with the WRHA by Doctor’s Manitoba.

Doctors Manitoba provides residents with other services, including life and disability insurance. After 2010, all residents are required to buy insurance from Doctors Manitoba. See here for more information.

PARIM’s representative is Dr. Paul Wawryko, who sits on the Doctors Manitoba Board of Directors.
