All PARIM members are Resident Doctors of Canada (RDoC) members. RDoC is the national representative body of over 9000 Resident Physicians in Canada, providing a unified, national voice for its membership.

RDoC works collaboratively with other national health organizations to continuously improve patient care and explore new approaches in the delivery of health care. It facilitates discussions between Provincial House staff Organizations, achieving consensus on policy and advocacy issues of a national interest.
