PARIM presented its position at an arbitration panel in June 2019 as a result of an inability to reach an agreement in negotiations with Shared Health. At this time, we are awaiting a decision by the panel, which we were advised could take as long as three to six months. We will update membership as information becomes available. We will continue to apply the previous Collective Agreement; all applicable PGY increases and pay will still occur. Please continue to ensure that both Shared Health and the PARIM office have your updated address and contact information in case an arbitration award is declared retroactive and outstanding salary needs to be paid to you.
