Dr. Erin Baker, PGY 4 Radiation Oncology
Hey! I’m Erin and I’m currently a PGY4 and lead resident in the Radiation Oncology program. I currently sit on our program’s RPC advocating for my co-residents, and they will attest to the fact that I am always willing to argue on their behalf. The diagnostic grouping certainly has different needs than medicine and surgical specialties so I would make sure our voices are heard. I’m very organized and have a wealth of experience on various committees in different roles over the years so I believe this would be an easy fit for me. Given this, and the fact that I am a senior resident, I believe I can represent our programs well.
Finally (and maybe most importantly), in the name of resident *~wellness*~, I promise to end all group correspondence with a photo of one of my cats. A vote for me is a vote for kitty noses and toe beans.
Dr. Michael Cowap, PGY 4 Diagnostic Radiology
Hello everyone, I am a current PGY4 in Diagnostic Radiology and am hoping to have the privilege of representing the Diagnostic Grouping for this year. Given we are still in a contract negotiation period, I think it is important that the diagnostic groups have a voice. We are often working in the background however we all still play a large and very important part in patient care. I would gladly advocate on our behalf to the other PARIM board members and ensure any concerns you may have are given the attention they deserve. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions and I look forward to hopefully hearing from and working with many of you in the upcoming year. Also, in keeping with being as transparent as possible, my wife is Jacqueline Donner, the current PARIM VP.
