Welcome to the website of the Professional Association of Residents and Interns of Manitoba (“PARIM”). We are a non-profit organization that is proud to represent the approximately 600 resident physicians training in the province of Manitoba.
Led by an elected Board of Directors, PARIM serves its members by advocating for optimal working conditions, encouraging the highest quality of medical education, and ensuring excellence in patient care.
There are many opportunities to get involved with PARIM. Elections for the Executive and Board are held annually. The Board oversees a number of standing Committees, which often need volunteers. As well, two Town Hall Meetings are held every year, to which all Residents are invited to attend.
