Pre-approval is required for all travel by residents that is funded through Shared Health, regardless of the source of funds. This requires that the Travel Request Approval Form be completed with all required signatures prior to any and all travel taking place. This includes travel funded through operational, trust funds, and third party recoverable travel.

- Submit the Travel Request Approval Form to [email protected] prior to booking travel.
- After you receive a notification that your request has been approved, all airfares must be purchased through the Corporate Travel Agent Direct Travel at:
