A volunteer, non-profit organization representing physicians in training,

PARIM will strive to achieve excellence in medical education by:

  1. Working to achieve optimal working conditions so as to maintain a sense of personal well being for all residents in Manitoba.
  2. Developing and maintaining effective liaisons and influence with individuals and organizations within the health care system, to ensure that residents have input in health policy decisions that affect them.
  3. Raising public awareness with respect to the roles and functions of residents.
  4. Encouraging involvement and active participation of members in the realization of our goals.
