- Chair the Board meetings, attend all Executive and Town Hall meetings
- Work with the President to conduct and manage all PARIM business generally
- Assist with the new resident orientation
- Attend other Committee meetings
- Represent PARIM at various committees

- Identify and address member concerns and needs for information
- Chair the Outreach Committee
- Assist with social media and other forms of communication
- Attend all PARIM Executive, Board and Town Hall Meetings
- Represent PARIM at various committees

- Plan the annual Welcome Event in the summer
- Co-Chair the Social & Wellness Committee

- Assume a leadership role within the Board on issues pertaining to EDID
